Extension officers, agronomists and field coordinators working directly with farmers on training, garden establishment and farm support.

Roles managing nursery operations, input supply chains, aggregation logistics and quality control across our farmer network.

Finance officers, accountants and administrative staff supporting organisational compliance, reporting and financial management.

Monitoring & Evaluation

M&E officers and data analysts tracking farmer outcomes, programme performance and impact reporting.
